A sent push is one that we can determine to the best of our ability to have been delivered.
Basically, if Apple Push Notification Service or Google Cloud Messaging accepts the push we consider it sent/delivered.
In the Push notification dashboard, where it says ‘sent push’, are those "delivered" push notifications or "sent" push notifications?
