The dialogue box (below), the pairing border (red or blue), and the shake menu are all internal menu items you only see when you've paired your device with Taplytics, or if it's an internal build.
Once you've paired your device once, it will show up for you no matter what type of build you install in your device (even App Store production builds).
Additionally, if you've ever had a dev build on your device, and you delete it and install a production build at some point, later on, you can still see these menus/borders.
Our recommendation to you is to ensure you have a device that has never had a dev build or paired before, download your app from the App Store and see if you can get any of these elements.
We 100% assure you that an end user will never see these Taplytics menu elements in Production. Just check out our customers' apps (RBC, CBS etc) and see for yourself.
If for any reason you want to disable the border or shake menu, you can do so via the Taplytics Start Options. Here's the documentation for iOS and here's the documentation for Android.
