Experiment distribution is saved locally, so if there is a bad connection and the server call times out, you get the experiments/variations that were saved in the cache.
In this case, if there's a bad connection due to shoddy internet/poor connectivity and the timeout hits before an experiment is saved to cache, the app will automatically default to whatever you set as your default value in code.
The next time there's a good internet connection, the app will send back any outstanding session data back to Taplytics during the next session.
